The C-purlin roll forming machine is a set of rollers to produce  many types of C-shaped pruline .

The machine includes decoiler, main forming machine, cutting device, hydraulic station, PLC control System, product table

Working Procedure

Decoiling---Sheet feeding--- Roll Forming--Pouching-cut-to-length -->stacker

3. Quality warranty:

 1), All surfaces of rollers should be painted with hard chrome

 2), The surface of formed sheet should be flat and straight without scratch

 3), The formed sheet should accord with GB/T 12755-2008

 

4.Service after sell:

 

1) In correct peration & maintaining,the machine is guaranteed for one year since leaving our factory excluding the electric elements.

 2)If necessary,MWIN company will dispatch a technician to the factory abroad to install & regulate the machine with USD 50/day. The buyer should assist MWIN to get the chinese technician's visa and should pay for the round trip air ticket and the local accommodation
